The CNMC-500L polyurea spray machine is a hydraulically driven proportioning unit designed for polyurea, polyurethane foam, and two-component systems requiring precise control over temperature, pressure, and mixing ratio. 🔥 Primary Heating System – 18KW Total Power
The primary heating system consists of two independent 6KW block heaters (18KW total). This high-performance heating system achieves a DT of 50°C and reaches application temperatures of 90°C in normal conditions. All control and safety features ensure accurate, reliable performance from this polyurea spray equipment.
🔌 Independent Hose Heating – Up to 150 Meters
Equipped with two 4000W isolation transformers, the CNMC-500L spray machine allows individual heating of each component hose up to 150 meters. The heated hose features a copper resistance element homogeneously spread around the hose – eliminating cold spots and heat concentration issues found in traditional hoses.
⚙️ Double Acting Piston Proportioning Pumps
Each pump is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to deliver precise component volume. This positive-displacement design delivers constant output and stabilized pressures while eliminating asymmetrical loads. The result: extended pump seal life and consistent 1:1 ratio. Multiple pump sizes are available for different pressure and ratio requirements.
🔄 Recirculation System – Automatic Pre-Heating
The automatic recirculation system heats materials without starting the main pumps, significantly reducing polyurea spray machine setup time. Program time intervals and desired temperatures – the machine handles the rest automatically. Valves can be activated manually or automatically.
🧠 Central Processing Unit (CPU) – Real-Time Control
The CPU processes and monitors all polyurea sprayer parameters in real-time. Any deviation is corrected automatically while the unit continues operating. If a problem exceeds tolerance limits, the CPU shuts down the system and displays the specific failure type – protecting your equipment and materials.
