The CNMC-B spray foam machine is an advanced, air-driven polyurethane equipment unit with a compact design. Specifically engineered for polyurethane foam in-place applications, it delivers reliable performance for building insulation, roofing, cold storage, and industrial coating projects.

Available in 230V single phase, 230V three phase, or 400V three phase (50/60Hz), this machine adapts to diverse job site power requirements. With a total power of 7.5KW and output range of 2-8 kg/min, it balances efficiency with precision.

  • Advanced Compact Design: Easy access to all components simplifies control functions and significantly reduces maintenance work.
  • Primary Heating System (No-Seal Design): Two separate independent block heaters with no seals. Each heater provides 3000W total power with accurate temperature control, achieving a 30°C temperature rise and reaching application temperatures of 70°C under normal conditions.
  • Proportioning Pumps: Two positive displacement piston pumps driven by a pneumatic motor. Manufactured from high-hardness tempered aluminum with a special low-friction, high-lubrication treatment for increased wear resistance. A common guide system ensures dynamic stability and extends seal life.
  • Recirculation System: Enables faster achievement of preset temperatures before spraying and during temporary shutdowns, improving workflow efficiency.
  • Heated Hose System (Optional): Designed with 1000W per 15 meters, supporting up to 60 meters of hose. The copper resistance is homogeneously spread around the hose for accurate, uniform temperature control.
