High Precision Low Pressure Metering Machine for Rigid Polyurethane
Our low pressure metering machine for rigid polyurethane is engineered for precision dosing and reliable performance. Designed for polyurethane foam, insulation panels, and casting applications, this metering unit features a high precision low speed gear pump, VFD variable output control, and an auto-cleaning mix head.
The machine is fully controlled by a single chip microcomputer (SCM) with an intuitive OP7 operator panel. Users can easily set parameters, monitor pouring time, adjust temperature, and control cleaning cycles. An acoustic alarm alerts operators to any abnormalities.

- High Precision Metering Unit: Low speed gear pump delivers accurate, repeatable output. Variable frequency drive (VFD) allows output adjustment. Shaft seal with coupling and DOP for leak-free operation.
- Temperature Controlled Tanks: Jacketed tanks with visual level tube. Electrical resistance heaters for precise temperature conditioning. Low speed agitator ensures even temperature distribution. Chiller available as an option.
- Digital Pressure Monitoring: Digital pressure gauge with max alarm value for control and visualization.
- SCM Electrical Control System: Fully controlled by single chip microcomputer. OP7 operator panel with easy-to-use interface. Acoustic warning for alarms.
