No More Winter Clogs – Heated Hose for Spray Foam & Polyurea
Cold material slows down your spray job and wastes material. This heated hose maintains a steady 85 °C temperature for both A and B components, from the pump to the gun – ensuring your mix remains consistent, even on a 15-meter run. No clogs, no cold spots, no rework.
If you spray polyurethane foam or polyurea for a living, you know the drill. Cold material, uneven heat, or a hose that can't hold pressure means clogs, wasted material, and rework. That's exactly what this twin heated hose is built to prevent.
It's a 15-meter hose with a 3/8-inch inner bore. Both hoses are heated independently with spiral-wound copper strips – 800W total – so your A and B components stay at the same temperature right up to the mixing point. A PT100 sensor monitors and adjusts heat continuously, so you don't get hot spots or cold slugs.
The 5700 PSI rating means it's built for professional spray rigs, not light-duty gear. The outer nylon cover takes job-site abuse – dragging across concrete, rubbing against scaffolding, that sort of thing. This is the hose you want when you're spraying a roof in the middle of winter or a parking deck in humid heat – it keeps the material predictable, shot after shot.
Worried it won't fit your machine? The hose sections use standard JIC5/JIC6 fittings and integrated wiring harnesses – they plug into most commercial spray foam rigs and proportioners right out of the box. If you're not sure, send us your machine specs and we'll confirm compatibility.

1. Will this hose fit my existing spray machine?
Most likely yes. The hose comes with standard JIC5/JIC6 fluid fittings and a wiring harness that plugs into most commercial spray foam and polyurea proportioners. If you're running a non-standard rig, send us your machine specs and we'll confirm before you order.
2. What's the real difference between single-wire and double-wire?
Single-wire handles standard residential foam jobs – good up to 2000 PSI. Double-wire adds extra steel mesh reinforcement for heavy polyurea work up to 3500 PSI. If you're spraying parking decks or industrial coatings, go double. If you're doing residential insulation, single is plenty.
3. How do I know if I actually need a heated hose?
If you spray in temperatures below 20°C (68°F), or if your hose runs are longer than 10 meters, you'll see a noticeable difference with a heated hose. It prevents viscosity buildup and saves you from thinning the material with solvents – which can compromise the final cure.
4. What happens if the heating element fails on the job?
It's rare, but it happens. The PT100 sensor and copper heating ribbon are designed for continuous use, but if you do run into issues, we ship replacement parts direct. Most components can be swapped in the field without special tools.
